It is that time of year again - time to renew your membership to GWC - Membership in GWC also includes membership in the Mountain States Eventing association and allows you to be eligible for year end awards in both organizations. However - if you are eventing above the Beginner Novice level - you must also be a member of the United States Eventing Association in order to compete at recognized competitions. You may have read in the news that the Cowboy State Games organization has folded - However - Pony Club and GWC are going to host a winter horseshow on Presiden't Day weekend in Casper. It will be a two day show with jumping, dressage and hunter classes. Save the weekend. Details will follow after the Christmas Holiday. We had a great clinic with Tracey Dalton in Casper this past weekend at Dwain and Dianne Park's arena on the west side of town. Everyone had great lessons and really enjoyed Tte Parks' hospitality and lovely indoor arena. There are plans to have clinics in January, March and April. Please remember to get your membership renewal to me before December 31. If your membership isn't in to me by then, I can't send it on to the treasurer for MSEA and you will not be on the mailing list for the MSEA omnibus. I hope you have wonderful holiday season.
